Bio

Hey there! My name is Cole and I'm a singer/songwriter and guitarist based in LA. I'm currently the lead singer and rhythm guitarist in an indie rock band and I also write and produce solo work on the side. My experience includes playing shows at a variety of venues such as The Troubadour, Phoenix Theatre, TR!P Santa Monica, and El Cid. I was also selected to be on the radio station 95.5 KLOS for a song I wrote. Ive probably written upwards of 600 songs over the years and there's hardly a day...

My mission as a teacher is to guide students into becoming more expressive and proficient musicians. That means breaking down a lot of the internal barriers that prevent you from doing so. Whether you want to learn your favorite song or write your own music I'm here to get you where you want to be and inspire you to grow.

My mission is to guide you in achieving your goals. What drew you toward wanting to play guitar? For the past 6 years I've spent nearly everyday writing my own music. Currently I'm the lead singer/songwriter in an indie rock band and write/ produce my own music under my own name. It is something I love dearly because it is such a raw and powerful way to express yourself. It brings people together and gives you a deeper understanding of life and yourself. My goal is to help you grow and learn every time we work together. I want you create music that you're proud of. You're experience and personality is unique to you and I want it to shine :)

Cole is teaching my son introduction to guitar, and it’s been a great experience. He is personable, patient, and very responsive. My son feels comfortable and confident working with him, which has made learning both enjoyable and productive. I especially appreciate the video recorded homework with clear, detailed instructions.
