While pursuing my bachelor’s degree at UC Berkeley, I discovered my passion for education and youth mentorship. I graduated summa cum laude with a dual degree in International Relations and Education and went on to build a career as an academic tutor, test prep instructor, and executive functioning coach.
My expertise spans test preparation for the SAT, ACT, and AP exams, as well as college admissions support that includes essay coaching, application strategy, and interview preparation. Over the past several years, I have helped students earn admission to top universities and achieve significant score gains on standardized tests, with many improving their SAT/ACT scores by 150–250+ points.
I also teach core academic subjects such as math, economics, English language arts, history, and world languages. I also specialize in supporting language learners, drawing on my fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and Arabic to tutor ESL students and those navigating bilingual classrooms. As a certified Executive Functioning Coach, I work with students on executive functioning skills such as time management, organization, and study strategies, to help them succeed inside and outside the classroom.
I have designed and published SAT prep materials, taught in both private and public school settings, and supported bilingual/ESL students. My teaching approach is highly individualized. Once I identify how a student learns best, I tailor strategies to maximize engagement and results.
