I have finished my BS, MS at UCLA bioengineering and am currently working on a Ph.D. degree at UCLA. I was a community college transfer student who worked tutoring and finished tutoring certificate training to better help, my students. As a BS major at UCLA, I worked private tutoring while doing volunteering work teaching students in low-income communities teaching the subjects of math, physics, and chemistry. As I moved forward, I finished a scholarship at UCLA teaching and assisting teachers in middle school to gain experience in a classroom setting helping middle schoolers. During my MS and Ph.D., while continuing private tutoring, I was also teaching and associate assistance teaching classes in bioengineering ranging from physics-based fluidics, simulations, immunology, cell-based experimental biology, biomaterials along with senior design capstone project mentoring teams to finish and develop a biomedical product, writing scientific grants, and assisting in MATLAB, SolidWorks, and COMSOL simulations.
I have completed and tutored mathematics ranging from Algebra, prealgebra, precalculus, calculus, differential equations, linear algebra, and engineering mathematics.
I have completed and tutored in college physics subjects, ranging from high school physics to engineering physics.
I have also tutored and completed chemistry subjects ranging from general chemistry to organic chemistry. I have a unique way of reaching students with different learning styles over my years of experience teaching privately, in high school, middle school, community college, and at UCLA.
