I highly recommend Reem as a Master Language Tutor in Arabic Language, at the beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. My daughter was selected to be in the STARTALK Summer Language Program to learn Arabic. The program provides language immersion in critical need languages such as Mandarin Chinese and Arabic to high school students over a five week period, at a Maryland college for credit and is administered by the State Department/NSA.

Elizabeth has a lively and outgoinig personality that makes the sessions fun for my son. She brings in her practical experience using the language of which she is not a native speaker. She learned the language as a child and that gives her the perspective of being a new student and what problems and concerns may arise in learning the language. She also talks about how things are in Norway and gives examples of what she saw when she was in Norway. I highly recommend Elizabeth as a tutor.

On a personal level, Reem is also great! She genuinely cares about her students and treats them as individuals who each have their own goals with the language and have their own strengths and weaknesses. For me, I rely best on my hearing and I am an auditory learner so we focus more on speaking and conversational aspects of the language. However, I have read other reviews in which other students focused on other aspects of the language such as writing.
