She gave me home work and was kind enough to pronounce many words on my recorder so I could listen to them later. A+ for Rosie and a D+ for me! 2-4-15: I love Rosie! She has been very patient with me as we work on the nasal sounds and I'm starting to catch on. She has been focusing on basic sounds, greetings, responses, and some verbs as a foundation to get me ready for the specific dental commands I'll need when we go on our mission trip.

This has helped me improve my English skills quickly. Jillian always suggests me to bring my voice recorder when we do pronunciation exercises, so I can listen to it when I have free time. I believe that she will help me to succeed. I am lucky to have her. Thank you. :)

I select a passage in English that interests me and translate it into French (homework). 2. I record my translation on a tape recorder (homework). 3. Philippe comments on and corrects the written translation (in class). 4. Philippe listens to my recording, comments and corrects my mistakes (in class). 5. Philippe records the passage for me (in class). 6. I listen to the recording and attempt to emulate it, accent etc. (homework). A lot of mileage out of a simple little exercise.
