He started off by asking lots of questions about the type of music my son enjoys. Because my son has been taking piano for years, his response revolved around what he’s learned on the piano. But Zane helped him to think about other types of music around him, such as songs on the radio or in video games. My son had never thought about connecting music composition to other areas of his life. Thanks to Zane, he’s expanded his idea of what’s possible and is super excited for his next lesson.
