About Mariyam

I have an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts: Math & Science from LaGuardia Community College and currently, I am pursuing my BA in English and Applied Linguistics: TESOL at Queens College.

I have taught 5th grade couple of years back in a private school in NYC. I have tutored GED students with their subject materials. I have experience tutoring college students with their basic math course. I have volunteered in one of the branches of Queens Public Library as a tutor for TOEFL. I have also worked as an after school tutor for a very short period of time.

I am good with kids and patient. I know my subject areas and interested to tutor mostly students from K-7th grade.
