My name is Sophia S. I am a capable, reliable and honest worker who is able to perform my job expediently. I have had three 3 years as a Sign Interpreter both in public and private settings, interpreting sometimes for groups of 15 deaf for up to 45 minutes. I have also assisted many deaf (young and older) persons who did not know sign language to learn the language. I also have experience in oral interpreting assisting many who are hard-of-hearing and do not know sign language to benefit from public lectures.

I was taught sign language by a deaf person and this language has become dear to me.

I have been involved with voluntary work in the deaf community in Jamaica for the past six (6) years and enjoy doing it.

How do I receive a discount?

You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
