Very patient
Stephen is an easy going and adaptable teacher. He always come to the lessons well prepared, but adapts as the lesson goes, which is necessary when dealing with two preschool aged students. The students get very excited for lessons with him, which is a main goal at this age.

Attention to details performing math solutions helped to improve my nephew's confidence with various math problems which helped improve his grades. Mr. S is an amazing English tutor! I struggled greatly with Expository Writing until I found him. He showed me how to structure my essays and how to construct them as well. Would recommend!
Help with Math
Alexander helped my son with multiplication, and word problems. Tyrese enjoyed the session and learned different ways to come up with an answer. Alexander was nice, patient and knowledgeable. A good tutor for anyone that really wants to learn math.
More than just a tutor!
Unlike some, my daughter needs one on one attention. Through WyzAnt, that's exactly what she got and more. Denise has been more than just a tutor. In such a short time she was able to assess my daughter's needs and deliver results. No matter how much time was needed, Denise made herself available. Thorough, knowledgeable tutor
Anna has been my son's algebra tutor for several months and is helping him improve his understanding of the subject and pull up his grade. She often "re-teaches" him a lesson that he did not fully absorb in class, giving him the individual instruction and strategies he needs in order to better understand the concepts. She is very patient and thorough. He does much better on tests after he has reviewed the material with Anna!

I would highly recommend Ashmi, she is responsible, patient and connects well with her students. My daughter actually looked forward to the tutoring sessions and had all her work done without any procrastinating. Ashmi was well prepared for each session and planned and adjusted her teaching according to my daughters needs. Not only is she intelligent but a great person as well! One of the best decisions we made!
Unbelievable Improvement
I'm a humanities girl. I can write you a ten page paper on a single painting in about thirty minutes. But when it comes to things like Accounting I'm completely lost. I thought I was going to have to drop the class I paid so much money for. Every practice test I took I was getting about a 30-40% on. Seeking tutoring was really my last resort and I didn't have much hope there either. Anthony was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. He came out to my area during a day and time that was comfortable for me and also kind of last minute since my exam was on Monday. He told me he'd stay as long as I needed him to and he did. Our first session was three hours and I left feeling really confident. It paid off. I got a 94 on my midterm! Don't have any doubts. Anthony explains things in ways that are really easy to understand and gives tips on how to remember things for the exams. Thank you so much!
