Hi there, we booked a lesson with Farirai for today (Dec 29) at 11am EST. We have been in the classroom since 10:56 and it is now 11:16 and he is not there. Do we just book with a different tutor? This was a Christmas present for my son so we are very disappointed.

Message the tutor through Wyzant messaging and ask what happened.
The tutor may have had an emergency of some kind that caused them
to forget to cancel.
If you don't get a response within 24 hours then book with a different tutor.
Also keep tabs on your Wyzant account to ensure that you are not billed
for the lesson.
