Hi, I am writing to let you know about Josh. We cut our session short. He had another student log in halfway through the session, and he spent 5-10 minutes talking with this student and trying to schedule another time. At this point I had enough. Also the time that he did spend with my daughter (less than thirty minutes), he spent talking about his dogs, and then he reviewed a game with her that she had won. He did not assess her skill level and was going over strategies that my daughter is already familiar with. She repeatedly asked him to go over a game she lost, but he ignored her. I am not happy with this and would like a refund for this session.

I'm sorry to hear that you had this experience! Yes, it isn't enjoyable when someone asks to go over a game, and the coach refuses. I often prep my lessons in advance, so I come ready to go with a lesson plan, but if my student requests that we go over a game that they lost, we will do it. I wasn't in the lesson, so I'm not exactly sure what happened, but one thing I ALWAYS prioritize as a chess coach is that my students love the game and can develop excellent life skills through chess. At the end of the day, the coach's goal is to serve the student, and it sounds like your daughter wasn't getting the attention she deserved.
