Thanks for sharing. I am very interested in learning more about programming. Last year I went to college and frankly I didn't think it would be so hard to study. But I like it anyway. Cohen's Kappa is used to assess the inter-rater reliability. For example, if there are two different tests to detect a particular disease, or two radiologists making a diagnosis from a scan, the Cohen's Kappa indicates statistically, the degree to which the two tests/assessors agree with one-another. It is based upon binary data, ie disease present "yes" or "no".
