The equation for a vertical line through a point is just "x = the x value of the point".  So for the first point, the equation would be x = -1/2

 

The equation for a horizontal line through a point is just "y = the y value of the point".  So for the first point, the equation would be y = 4.

 

Use that example to solve the second one.
