My daughter had a math problem she try to do but we quite not understand what the question ask.  Please explain to us.  Thank you

 

question: 

The toy store Has 8 times as many soccer balls as spinning tops.  Write a multiplication expression to represent the number of soccer balls compared to spinning tops. 

 

in toy store: 3 tops in a box at Toy store. 

what is the answer and how u do it?

t = number of tops

8t = number of balls

 

I am not sure what you want me to do in the second question.
