Hi! I would recommend accessing Settings in your Outlook app and looking at the Signature (under Mail). 'Get Outlook for Android' is likely a default included as your signature when you downloaded the app. You can simply delete it.

It is straightforward to get rid of this ‘advertisement’. What we are going to do is change your auto generated signature in the Android Outlook app. Here is how we do it.
1. With Outlook open, click on the menu (three horizontal lines) in the upper left-hand corner.
2. At the bottom of the screen click the gear icon which opens settings.
3. Locate the setting of Signature and click on it.
4. Now change your signature to something you prefer, or to nothing at all.
5. Remember to click on the check mark in the upper left-hand corner to save your settings.
