If you are trying to send customized pdf documents for example, you can create an excel spreadsheet with the pertinent information thats different for each person (usually first and last name, email address, etc). Then you can use the mail merge tool to create the individual attachments and create a one click send for individual emails with separate attachments. If you have your excel sheet set up its a very speedy process.
