Why doesn’t Outlook calendar have a search feature? Is there a work around?

the calendar does have a search feature. Go to your calendar, it is in the upper right hand corner. When you click in this search field you can then see the "Search Tools" Icon in the ribbon above. This gives you "Advanced Search" options.
