How can I see a coworker's calendar in Outlook?

If you go to your calendar click New. Under people required, put in the coworkers name whose calendar you want to see. It will show you what times they are available that day. It will not show you the details of what they are doing during the times they are not free.

if you need to see more detail, the person would need to change their account settings to allow you more access.
