How do to I see the size (MBs) of a folder is in Outlook?

It really depends on the version of Outlook you have, but typically you would do something like:
- Right click the folder you want to check
- Click Properties
- In the box that appears, on the General tab, click Folder Size at the bottom
- The sizes will be listed for you in kilobytes (KB)
- Divide the number of KB by 1024 to get megabytes (MB)
- For example, if you see 489032 KB, it's 489032 / 1024 = 477.57 MB
