You can embed an mp3 file in many documents but you cannot really convert an mp3 to Word because the format is totally alien. These files contain decoded sound in a special binary format. Word is a text document which supports embedding graphics and other formats. Perhaps I am not understanding something about what you are seeking to do but that is my answer with the information that you have given so far.
