According to that grading scale - it would be 231/250 = 0.924 or 92.4% which would be an A-
Your grading scale may very but that is basically how you would calculate a letter grade.
Take the score divided by the max score and multiply it by 100, that gives you the percentage.
After you have the percentage, look at your scale and compare it to the percentage scored.
