I suspect that this is a trick question.  Since we are multiplying both sides by 0, n can be any real number and the equation will still be true.

Indeed, the equation will still be true, so from that context my response "must be 9" is incorrect, however, from the context of the associate property, the answer being sought is clearly 9.  We don't always get to know all the contexts in these questions, whether posted incompletely or because of ambiguous questions posed to students, so one needs to do the best one can given said.

The answer key say the answer is nine I just dont know how to do it to get that answer

The "associative property" of multiplication says:

a x (b x c) = (a x b) x c (for a, b, c real numbers)

so given:

n x (6 x 0) = (9 x 6) x 0
 
we get:

a x (b x c) = (a x b) x c
n x (6 x 0) = (9 x 6) x 0

(see how the two line up with each other so n is a, 6 is b, and 0 is c) then n must be 9
