1. Identify dependent, independent and moderating variable

When a leader gives vision, energy, inspiration and conviction then transformational leadership is observed. The transformational leader gives its followers a hope, vision, self believe, and recognition and considers his followers as a valuable asset for an organization (Bass & Avolio, 1995). This attitude can foster innovative behavior among employees. Employees’ Innovative behavior is referred to as the process of bringing new problem solving ideas into use, thereby enhancing a product, service or process (Scott & Bruce, 1994). Transformational leader influence flowers to adopt creative and innovative behaviors at workplace. Employees can exhibit innovative behavior when they have passion to do creative and innovative tasks. Passion is referred as a strong inclination or desire towards what one likes (or even loves) and finds important and in which one invests time and energy (Vallerand & Houlfort, 2003). Passion can enable employees to be more innovative.
A researcher wants to study above mentioned variables in different organizations and wants to collect the data from employees who are available.
