This is a very thought provoking question and I shall give you some facts to assess the risk:
Firstly, Homocysteine levels are alarming and person needs immediate treatment/intervention.
Triglycerides level is very high and that adds to risk.
Cholesterol is high but HDL is high as well, that lowers a risk little bit.
It is not clear if the person is taking drugs for hypertension. Poor regulation of hypertension is a risk factor but actual risk depends on the treatments and intervention.
Overall risk is high but if the person is already in the hospital under observation then the risk can be lowered significantly with right intervention.
