Here is a hint: if there are 2 equal roots, then the discriminant is zero. the discriminant is B2-4AC, where A = m2,
B = -(m+n), and C = n. Set the discriminant equal to zero and rearrange the terms to get the desired result.

You got exactly what you should have gotten! Your only mistake was thinking you made one. Remember that they wanted you to get:
n2 + 2(m-2m2)n + m2 = 0
Well, if you distribute the 2 and the n through the middle term, you get:
n2 + 2mn -4m2n + m2 = 0
...which means your answer matches theirs! You are home-free now!

The discriminant is B2 - 4AC, not B2 + 4AC.
