There are 180º in a triangle.
The base angles in an isosceles triangle are equal.
The base angles cannot be 130º each because 130+130=260 which exceeds 180.
Therefore the third (top) angle must be 130º.
180-130=50º left for the two equal base angles
50/2=25º for each of the base angles
