You can look up the equation in the preparation materials for clinical exercise physiologist exam by ACSM- they list of the equations in Resources book. They may also have this book in electronic format. Other place to look it up is acsm.org website. All equations are there. If you are short on time, you can search for the equation in the Exercise Physiology textbook using search option on Kindle. Another place could be Personal Trainer certification Resources textbook, sold by ACSM I believe.
