3rd degree polynomial, x=2 root multiplicity 2, root at x = -2
p(x) = A(x-2)2(x+2)
Note the multiplicity 2 at the root for x=2.
Note that A is just some number factorable from each term of p(x)
p(x) = A(x2-4x+4)(x-1)
You can finish multiplying / expanding p(x) if needed.
y-Intercept: Set x=0 and solve for p(x)
y = A(4)(-1) = -4A
If the value of A is 1, then the y-intercept is the point (0, -4)
