As Carol pointed out, 12/7 is not a whole number. You can round it off to the nearest whole number, which is 2. Is that the real intent of the problem?

12/7 doesn't equal a whole number. Whole numbers include zero and the counting numbers, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.
12/7 can be written as a mixed number by dividing 12 by 7
1 5/7
