how is the human heart described in the song strong and constant

From what I see in the song lyrics it doesn't describe
the human heart at all... It describes the heart of
God as being "strong and constant"  The only part
about the human heart is where it says
 
When you know sorrow within your life
I will come I will embrace your heart!
Through your pain you will discover Me!
 
Thus, the only possible answer is
sorrowful and knowing pain
