That would be 12%.
One way is to check values, for example use t = 1 and t = 2 to get corresponding values for P. Dividing the two P2 by P1 will give you 1.12. Meaning P2 is 112% of P1 with the INCREASE (removing the 100%) of 12%.
Another way is through common sense. You're multiplying the initial value by 1.12 every year meaning 112%, from that you can already see the increase of 12%.
