How to solve this problem, I need help, by tomorrow!

Sam drove for 2 hours at 45 mph. He has the same distance remaining. How fast should he drive to make his average speed 60 mph?

The question as it was written did not indicate that the that the total distance needed to be accounted for. 
With a total of 180 miles you would have to solve us D=r*t 
but if you just wanted to average 60mph over 90 miles... You would go 60mph.
