          You wan to use Coulomb's law F=k*q1*q2/d² where k is a constant =9*10⁹n/c²*m² and q1 and q2 are the charges, and d is the distance between the charges.

 

 

You are told that q1=q2 lets call it q for short. Solving for q gives q= (F*d²/k)^1/2   so all you have to do is substitute F=.2N and d=.75m and calculate.
