You are given the rate and the distance, so we have to solve for time. . .

 

distance/rate = time

 

963/60 = 16.05 hours

 

There are 60 minutes in an hour so 0.05 hours = 0.05 x 60 minutes = 3 minutes

 

Susanna needs 30 minutes to get to her aunt's house from the station for a total of 22 minutes + 16 hours

 

If she has to arrive at 8 PM, she needs to leave 16 hours and 22 minutes before that or 3:38 AM.
