Sharing documents?

How do I share documents such as PDFs of homework assignments with our tutor prior to scheduled sessions? WyzAnt does not allow tutors to provide their email address and the messaging function on the website does not have an attachment option.

Please post the steps for sending a "WyzAnt email" - I only see the Message feature on the website to communicate with tutors.

First you got to WyzAnt mail and select  "compose"
a page comes up titled "compose message" which has the normal "subject" and "to" box. Right under those boxes is an attach: with an "add attachment" link with the "paper clip icon. Very similar to any standard email setup.
I've had many students email me pdfs

Actually, I need to know where to go on the website to get to email in the first place. When I log in to the Wyzant web page I see no option for email. The top level navigation bar shows:
 
Search - Students - My Account - Online Tutoring - Resources - How it Works - About Us
 
None of the sub-menus under any of those show an email option.

Your account format  is somewhat different than mine. Try selecting students.... that's where my email is located.

Under my Students menu the options are:
Find a Tutor - Request a Tutor - Invite Friends - Help
 
Nothing about sending an email to a tutor.
 
I guess our account types are just different. I put in a question directly to the Wyzant support link but haven't heard back yet. Hopefully someone will get back to me sometime soon. Thanks for trying to help though.

Nicole,
          You could be right.....but I've had students email documents to me as attachments. Question do you have an account with WyzAnt? If yes sign on and email me as a test.

Yeah,
I am a tutor on WyzAnt, and the need to provide guidance and ANSWER this question.  I have students who have documents attachments sent to me....but there are some new student wanting help can't find the attachment icon....I then signed up as a student, requesting myself as the tutor...Me as the student could not find the "Attachment" icon....WyzAnt, please answer this question on FAQs or here.

I initially used to see the attachment option through Wyzant but for some reason it wasn't showing anymore. I called their number (877) 999-2681 and they explained to me that instead...you just hit the reply option from your regular email.
 
In other words, instead of clicking the reply button that appears in the message sent from Wyzant (which sends you to their website to your account), you simply click reply in your own personal email (hotmail, google, yahoo...etc.). Then you attach your document and click send.
 
That worked for me!
