I have 8 years of experience as a teacher and tutor. I've taught at the college, high school, and middle school level, and in that time, I've grown to love working with students of all ages and abilities to improve their skills with words. Whether it's learning English as a second language, reading difficult text for your humanities coursework, or writing an essay or college application, I enjoy helping learners get more confident with the language arts.

I have a Masters's degree in Classical Languages, both Latin and Greek. I've taught those languages at the college level and tutored students and adult learners in Latin, Ancient Greek, and Biblical Greek.

I taught English at the high school and middle school level for 7 years and have tutored students of all levels in that time. I've worked with students on their coursework for school, as well as test prep for AP, SAT, and ACT.

Ultimately, I'm excited about getting you to feel more confident with language, how to read and appreciate its use in stories, as well as how to write and use your words to communicate ideas and make arguments.
