I have a great passion for teaching, learning, and experiencing the French language. My teaching style is adaptive to each individual student. I strive to create a comfortable and uniquely tailored atmosphere that will provide a strong foundation in each of the target learning areas: Reading comprehension, Written skills, and Oral proficiency. I am happy to work with students of all ages and levels of proficiency. During my academic studies at the University of Washington I lead multiple student run classrooms, worked as a teacher's aide and provided personalized tutoring to fellow university students. I have been studying and practicing French for 23 years. I have a passion for teaching and understand the fundamental constructs to achieve success in three major areas of language proficiency. I have spent much of my youth over seas in the Auvergne region of France, and can display a natural cadence with the language. I am thrilled to help form the basics of French grammar and vocabulary, as well as work with any students in regards to exam preparation.
