I am a senior at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I will obtain my Bachelor of Science degree in April of 2017 in Biology. I have tutored for more than 4 years in math and science and have helped many students exceed their expectations and improve their confidence. I have a true passion for tutoring and teaching and am on the path to hopefully becoming a college professor someday in the near future. My passions lie in all areas of math and science. My breadth of experience with students of all ages allows me to work with students from the elementary to the college level. My wide range of topic coverage includes almost all subjects across the math and science spectrum.

I have taken chemistry classes up to Organic and Biochemistry and worked in a materials chemistry laboratory for almost 2 years. This makes me a great chemistry tutor as I have great academic and industry experience. In biology, I will soon obtain my Bachelor of Science and have taken almost any biology class that you can think of. I have been gifted at math since I was young and it has always been one of my favorite subjects. I have experience tutoring math in all areas of high school and early college math up to Calculus. Currently, I am working with 7 students in chemistry, biology and many different math subjects including geometry, trigonometry and algebra. My students range from 8th grade to juniors in college and I have a great working relationship with every one of them.
