Damian helped my son prepare for calculus by filling in some of the gaps in his trig knowledge. Damian knew the subject extremely well and was able to explain it in a logical, clear and concise way. He was really good at analyzing my son's weaknesses and focusing on those areas to bring him up to speed. He is extremely nice and encouraging and my son said that he was very good at explaining where he made mistakes and what he should have done instead. He made sure to explain the conceptual part as well as the applied part so my son understood why things were done certain ways. Damian was very thorough and efficient and didn't waste time. He has a really good connection with kids. We will definitely call Damian again if the need arises, he's fantastic!

Fabulous Algebra tutor!!
So far we have had about 10 sessions with Damian for Algebra 2. Our senior has always struggled in math. We feel so grateful that we have found Damian! He provides an honest and detailed review after each session to keep us up to date on our son's progress. We hope that Damian will continue to be available for our tutoring needs through high school and beyond.

I started working with Damian for Math 111 at UW. He's very proactive with my lesson material and therefore prepared to explain everything covered in class by the time we meet for sessions, matching the pace of my course beautifully. He's very patient and clear, I'm not embarrassed to ask him the 'obvious/dumb' questions or have him repeat himself several times for my understanding. He's made math really understandable, straightforward, and much less daunting - even with the pressures of university. Finally, he's very flexible with timing, which suits the life of a last-minute student.
