For professional development students, I teach how to move beyond basic frameworks like the STAR method by weaving in reflection, results, and motivation to craft authentic and memorable interview stories. I hold a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification from the Center for Credentialing and a Certified Interview Coach (CIC) credential from the University of California's career development academy.
