I love to help students overcome their fears and give a great speech. I like sharing skills I learn in Toastmasters with my students. I was able to do this when I was a communication tutor/ Professors assistant at Northern Virginia Community College. There is nothing I love more then helping students feel proud of themselves, but its not just me the student needs to be motivated and want to get over it. They need to want to be a good public speaker. As long as they want this, then they can overcome their fear and do great on their next speech!

I am in Toastmasters and have my competent communicator and competent leader award. I have had the honor to give some key note speech.

Know that you are not alone. Public speaking is a great fear of many, but knowing that with practice and time you can overcome it.
