As an educator and coach / trainer, I have traveled around the country coaching audiologists in programming and presentation to hearing clients. I am an author and have published a book on business development and the hearing industry. I have consulted small business owners and large manufacturers concerning advertising and marketing.

I have an MBA in marketing and finance, as well as my PhD in organizational behavior. I have enjoyed working with all demographics and age groups as a mentor for personal and business development. My personal strengths have been in writing and speech especially in the science disciplines. I currently mentor various people in various disciplines around the country. These experiences have led too long lasting relationships that are rewarding to my clients and myself.

My experiences in working with the developmentally challenged as well as those with mental disabilities and in maximum security for the criminally insane have given me insights that correlate to psychological principles.
