Welcome! I am so grateful that you are here. My name is Kristen and I live in Richmond, VA, U.S.A.
I received a Bachelors of Science degree from Virginia Tech and a Masters of Teaching degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. I currently hold a Virginia state teaching license for grades Pre K - 6 with 9 years experience teaching 3rd/4th grades in Virginia public schools, and 5 years experience teaching children from all over the world online. Prior to receiving my Masters degree, I taught and created curriculum for the Science Museum of Virginia. Teaching has always been a huge passion of mine, but photography has been, too.

5 years ago, I decided to make photography an occupation, and am now combining my love for teaching and photography through online photo editing classes. Professionally trained in Lightroom and Photoshop with master photographers, I am an experienced professional photo editor who works with photographers all over the United States helping them with their art. I currently teach Photoshop classes to children with fun creative projects in mind and adults who want to improve their photography skills.

Photoshop is a powerful tool that not only can be used to do amazing things with photos and other art, there are almost always two or more ways to accomplish your creative vision! It can be a very intimidating program to open and begin using and to grasp the scope of its many tools and features. I would love to use my teaching experience and Photoshop knowledge to help you meet your photo editing needs.
