I am familiar with the placement of text in order to supplement reading and research/instructional resources to support learning. I have approximately 20 years of experience working with children and adults with dyslexia.

I have worked on several different e-learning projects over the past 10 years. I am familiar with developing project timelines, budgets, a GANTT chart, and ROI investment. I am currently studying for the Project Manager certification. I have taught and developed Project Management courses at the college level.

I have been an elementary teacher and have taken 12 credit hours in reading and phonics instruction. I currently use the Orton-Gillingham method of reading instruction which emphasizes the use of phonics and oral dipthongs, vowel usage, etc.
