My passion is to help students not only succeed where they are struggling, but to boost their self confidence and desire to learn. I like for my tutoring sessions to allow the student to feel like they are in a safe learning environment. In order to achieve this I introduce learning topics in a fun and/or relatable way, teach the material, and then have the student practice the skill on their own. If there is any need to adjust the typical lesson plan structure that can be done as well.

I first learned to swim when I was 3 years old. From then on, it has always been a part of my life. I was the team captain of my high school swim team, and went to the state swim meet 4 years in a row. I also coached a summer league swim team called WSPS for 2 years, along with conducting swim lessons, and working as a life guard. Swimming has always been a huge passion of mine, and I would love to help you further your skills as a swimmer.
