My mission is to increase, improve, and enhance your durable and technical skills so that you may succeed in school, in your career, and in life. My students are typically in college or graduate school, business people, or government employees.

I own and operate a global training and coaching firm, and am the founder and CEO of a coffee roasting company. I have previously served as a senior consultant in a top national consulting firm, a founder/CEO of a government advisory practice, a city manager (municipal CAO/COO), and a city planner.

In addition to my academic credentials from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the University of Maine, I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified Entrepreneurship and Business Life Coach, and have completed extensive Dale Carnegie® training in public speaking, leadership development, high-impact presentations, and sales. I am an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

PMP Exam Prep.

Mac is very experienced in the field of Project Management and it shows through his teaching. Mac was more than just technically proficient and prepared for each tutoring session, he was also flexible, willing and able to break down more difficult sections until I understood the content, and knew the material covered from both a book standpoint as well as an experience standpoint. If I couldn't make an appointment he was easy to reschedule with, if I needed time before or after work he was able to meet me at whatever time I needed. I would recommend Mac above anyone else because after going through a handful of other tutors Mac was the only one who knew all of the material or was willing to take extra time to ensure I knew the material before ending the session. It is directly because of his teaching help that I passed the PMP exam.

I’m part of a construction team working on a critical US Air Force project at Kirtland Air Force Base. The AF team of engineers was demanding a comprehensive schedule showing precise daily activities in both Gantt and Critical Path in a Microsoft Project and PDF format for both the overall project and bi-weekly 3-week look aheads for the entire duration of the project.
