Hello, my name is Texana! I am currently an undergrad student at the University of South Carolina studying Psychology. I have extensive experience working directly with researchers to develop projects on psychoanalysis and on middle school students' understanding. These experiences have given me the opportunity to educate others on a broad range of topics from psychology to neuroscience. Being a student alone is challenging enough, and I'm here to help with whatever you might be struggling with in the social sciences. Some of the most impactful moments in getting my education was when I was being tutored in math. Having someone to walk me through the problems I was struggling with enabled me to do things in my life I never thought I could do. I hope and look forward to providing students with what they need to get ahead and succeed in their own academic careers.
Additionally, I am certified in Data Visualization, and have worked in a psychology lab for about two years. I am proficient in both psychology and neuroscience terminology and theories. My tutoring experience consists of meeting with students online to work through subjects of concern before a big test or during in-person group study sessions. I primarily tutor High School and College students who are between the ages of 16 and 25.
