I’ve been able to work in industry and as a consultant across many areas including manufacturing, financial services, high tech, life sciences and healthcare making me uniquely equipped to provide guidance on breaking into or growing within an industry. I’ve interviewed and hired dozens of consultants for high-impact projects, giving me a strong sense of what hiring managers look for and how job seekers can position themselves for success.
I hold a B.A. in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Information Technology, giving me a solid foundation in both policy and systems thinking. Throughout my career, I’ve hired, led and coached high-performing teams, managed multi-million-dollar technology projects, and advised Fortune 500 companies on aligning technology with business goals. This experience informs my approach to helping others build impactful, resilient careers.
In addition to my professional experience, I bring a strong mentoring mindset shaped by leadership both on and off the field. As captain of the varsity soccer team at Syracuse University, I developed a passion for coaching and later used that experience to guide athletes aspiring to play in college. For the past five years, I’ve also served on the board of a local credit union, giving me insight into governance, financial literacy, and community-oriented leadership.
