I am a certified English tutor with a 180-hour Level 5 TEFL Diploma accredited by Highfield Qualifications and regulated by Ofqual. My training included grammar, vocabulary, lesson planning, classroom management, and methods for teaching both young learners and adults. I chose to pursue this certification because I am passionate about helping others improve their communication skills and build confidence in English, whether for school, travel, or professional goals.

My teaching experience includes one-on-one support for learners of different ages and backgrounds, focusing on conversation practice, pronunciation, and everyday grammar. I use a student-centered approach, tailoring lessons to each learner’s unique needs and goals. For beginners, I keep lessons simple and interactive with repetition, visuals, and practical phrases, while for intermediate students I incorporate real-life examples, role-play, and targeted feedback. I believe learning should feel positive and encouraging, so I create an environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and growing from them.

Beyond English tutoring, I bring strong communication and organizational skills from my background in customer service and hospitality. These experiences have taught me how to connect with people from diverse cultures and adapt to different learning styles. I am also certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED, which reflects my professionalism, reliability, and care for the well-being of those I work with. I look forward to helping students reach their goals in English with patience, structure, and support.
