At first I was just studying on my own using Duolingo and listening to Coffee Break Spanish podcast. Since I started taking lessons with Michele it has helped me look at things from a different angle. It's the glue to my Spanish learning regimen. Some things are just better learned from another human.
My love of language arts began as an adolescent with my first Spanish teacher, who recognized and encouraged my efforts to 'truly learn' the language and not just pass tests. Very quickly I found myself thinking and dreaming in the language. I am happy to have graduated with a Linguistics Degree, as well as with a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish. It has been so nice working with Michele on my Spanish. She truly caters her lessons around exactly what you need to improve your skills. I feel very confident about the progress I have made. She is flexible and very reliable. A wonderful teacher!

Great tutor!
I would definitely recommend this tutor. When I came into the first session I didn't have a clue what I was doing, I had just dropped out of Spanish 101 at the school I was attending because the way they were teaching it was stupid. This is where Michele came in. She put me on the right path by teaching me the basics I missed. I learned many new words and vocabulary. I learned the grammar I needed like how to conjugate irregular verbs. After 15 sessions I was ready for school. I came into the same class and things make so much more sense to me now. I'm certain that I can pass this class now, and finally get this monkey off my back. If you are in a situation like me and live in Ohio I would 100% percent recommend Michele L. to tutor you. You will have similar results.
